To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit at the time of booking, quoted by the Event Manager. This deposit can be paid via a secure online payment link which will be sent to your email address. If a deposit is not received, then your reservation will be released.
Should you cancel 6 months to 1 month prior to the booking date, your deposit will be refunded. Should you cancel within 1 month of the booking date, then your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
We favour a smart dress code, we do not recommend sportswear, track suits, or anything that may cause offence to others.
Entry to the venue is entirely at the management’s discretion.
If you were to run 15 minutes late on the day, your table may be given to another party.
All table allocations are done on the day and we cannot guarantee a certain area.
The venue does not allow decorations, balloons or paraphernalia.
If you are booking a drinks booking, a pre-order of bottled drinks is recommended which can include Champagne, beer, wine and bottled spirits. Should you wish to order more drinks or individual cocktails on the evening then you will have a member of staff in your area to assist with this.
If you are booking a group dining reservation, we ask that final numbers are confirmed and all food must be pre-ordered 7 days prior to the booking.
Should your numbers decrease after this time, a charge will be made in accordance with the final numbers that were confirmed.
Please note, the menus on our website are sample menus and are subject to change. This may include changes to the food and prices.
A discretionary service charge is automatically applied to your bill.
If your minimum is not met on the day with food and beverage, the remaining balance will be charged as a room hire fee to meet the minimum spend.
All prices include VAT.
We reserve the right to book certain areas of the venue to other groups.
On occasion, we book the full venue out exclusively for private events and may need to cancel your group. Should this happen, we will give you as much notice as possible and assist in moving your booking to one of our other venues.
